SHIPPING POLICY

  • Current shipping is set to the UAE only and will be calculated automatically within the cart.

  • Standard Shipment rate is at 20 A.E.D per shipment.

  • Your order will be delivered within (3-4) working days.

  • Additional Shipment rate could be added in case of bulk orders, remote areas and special delivery orders.

  • If failed to receive Shipment after several contacts with Shipment courier, additional Shipment costs shall be incurred by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aroma Divine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within (7) days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@aroma-divine.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable,

  • Return Shipment charges apply .

Exchanges

​

  • If you would like to exchange your product for a different scent or item, please contact our customer service team at [support@aroma-divine.com] with your order number and exchange request, within (3) days.

  • We will process your exchange within (3) days and provide you with a shipping label to send back the original item.

  • Once we receive the original item, we will ship your replacement item.

  • Return and New shipment cost will be dually added, unless stated otherwise by Aroma Divine admins.

  • Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

  • We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
